Privacy Policy
This privacy policy explains how Junca Studio collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit juncastudio.com or contact us. We are committed to processing your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable French law. Last updated: September 2026.
Who we are
The website juncastudio.com is published by Junca Studio, a French sole proprietorship (micro-entreprise) represented by Jules Robichon, with its registered office at 218 Rue de la Paix, 50120 Équeurdreville-Hainneville, France.
Junca Studio is the data controller for the personal data collected on this website. For any privacy-related question, you can reach us at contact@juncastudio.com.
What data we collect
We only collect the data you choose to share with us. When you fill out our contact form, we collect your first and last name, your work email address, the type of project and the message you write, and, if you choose to give them, your company name and phone number.
To protect the form from spam, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that it is sent by a person rather than a program. This check runs in the background once you start filling in the form: it analyses technical signals such as your IP address and browser characteristics, only for this purpose. It uses no cookies and is not used for advertising.
When you browse the website, we measure audience with Cloudflare Web Analytics. For each page view, it records anonymous data only: the page visited, the referring website, the country, the type of browser, operating system and device, and how fast the page loaded. It uses no cookies and does not identify you.
Why we collect it
Your contact form data is used exclusively to respond to your inquiry and discuss your project; this processing is based on your consent and on pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
If you tick the box to receive occasional updates from the studio, we use your email address to send them (new projects, articles). This is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by writing to contact@juncastudio.com.
Anonymous audience data is used to understand how the website is used and to improve it, and the spam check protects the contact form; both are based on our legitimate interest.
Cookies & analytics
The website does not use cookies, whether for audience measurement or advertising, and does not track you across other websites.
Cloudflare Web Analytics does not recognize individual visitors: it stores nothing in your browser, keeps no identifier and does not fingerprint you from your IP address or browser. A visit is simply counted when a page is opened directly or from another website, and the page views recorded cannot be linked to you.
Data retention
Contact form data is kept for the time necessary to handle your inquiry and for a maximum of 3 years after our last exchange, in accordance with CNIL recommendations. If you asked for updates, your email address is kept until you unsubscribe.
Audience data is anonymous from the start and never linked to a person; the aggregated statistics are kept for six months.
Data sharing & third parties
We never sell, rent or trade your personal data. It is processed only by the technical providers we need to run the website and answer you, acting on our behalf and in accordance with the GDPR: Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) for hosting, video delivery, audience measurement and spam protection of the contact form; Plus Five Five, Inc., operator of Resend (United States), which delivers contact form messages to our mailbox; Google Ireland Limited (Google Workspace) for our email; and Sanity AS (Norway) for content management and image delivery.
Transfers outside the European Economic Area are covered by appropriate safeguards: the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework for certified providers, or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We may also disclose your data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
Data security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. Our website is served over HTTPS and our service providers maintain industry-standard security practices. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure: while we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data: right of access, right of rectification, right to erasure (right to be forgotten), right to restriction of processing, right to data portability, and right to object to processing.
If you are a California resident, you may also have rights under the CCPA. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@juncastudio.com, we will respond within 30 days.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French Data Protection Authority, www.cnil.fr).
